If thereĈs no repercussions from the leaders in a corp/alliance it does reflect on their organisation as a whole. Nobody is forcing anyone to join a corp or an alliance.
True but I think it's a lot to ask of said leaders to keep track of everything their members say in all the various chats. Most alliance leaders are only in the game to have fun. Just like the rest or us.
If an alliance leader were to kick every member who happens to spew out a comment that could be considered racist in these insanelly PC times, that alliance would die very soon.
Yes, to have an official standpoint and implement it effectively are two separate things.
And no, IĈm not saying that this particular case is not meant to be humorous, even tho I don't find it funny.
But if a case of crystal clear racial harassment from an alliancemember was to be brought to light and the alliance did nothing about it, then it would say a lot of said alliance.

EDIT: oops wrong character. I am moe though, to clarify. I usually consider myself a tolerant and open-minded person. As you can see however I get winded up by those "cultures" in my country that considers it the right thing to do to kill their teenage daughters because they've been dating an indigonous guy. Been happening a few times the last year or so and allthough I realise those murders are their culture drawn to an extreme I still consider them worth less than roadkill. Why should I be tolerant towards a culture that is that intolerant to mine? They come here and are given shelter from whatever war they are fleeing from and still they hold us in such contempt they deem it punishable by DEATH to associate with the local population. I can not express the disgust I feel for those "people"
